What is an Escape Room?

The simple answer is: You go into a room and you get 60 minutes to solve puzzles, search for clues, work as a team, and complete the mission before the time runs out.

How long does each event last?

About one hour total to an hour and 15 minutes. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your start time (does not apply to Private Parties)!! This is essential. When you arrive you will receive a quick briefing on the game. Then the fun begins! Once you start your mission, you will have 60 minutes to complete. There will be additional time afterward for a walkthrough and fun photos.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to guarantee your desired date and time is available. To include a reservation outside of our ordinary business hours, Private Rates apply.

Is Blue Ops Mission good for Team-building and Parties? 

Absolutely! Check out our Team Building page HERE. We offer good, clean fun for your event. You can reserve during our regular business hours or book a Private Event.

NOTE: ** We reserve the right to refuse admittance to people appearing visibly intoxicated by alcohol or drugs. In this scenario, you will receive no refund or rescheduling. We take the safety of our staff and other guests very seriously. Trust us, you will do a lot better in the rooms if you have all of your wits about you! 🙂

Can I host a corporate event here for team building outside of the regular schedule?

Absolutely! Check out our Team Building page HERE for more information. We keep the mornings and afternoon schedules to a minimum for private events like this. Please call or use our event form HERE to schedule your event.

Can children participate?

Kids, Teens, and Tweens actually love the game, but we do have some restrictions outlined below. They will not be able to do it all on their own but they sure are good at finding things and linking things and puzzles together.

Any child can participate with a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and there must be one participating paying adult in a room with kids.

Will my group be placed with strangers to fill the time slot?

Heck No! It’s no fun when you have to share your moment with a not-so-good stranger. All of our missions are private to your group only.

What happens if I/we arrive late?

We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time (does not apply to Private Parties). This is essential to everyone’s experience, especially if you have not reserved the entire room to yourselves! THE DOOR TO THE ROOM LOCKS EXACTLY AT THE TIME YOU SIGNED UP FOR (again, does not apply to Private Parties). You may not be permitted into the room if you are late. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS so please account for any traffic and parking.

Is the location handicap accessible?

Yes our building is ADA accessible. The rooms do not require climbing or physical strength to complete.

Is it possible to purchase Blue Ops Mission Room Gift Cards?

Yes! you can purchase Gift certificate tickets HERE. If you are buying gift certificates for multiple individuals please purchase one for each person so each receiver will get a unique redemption code.

What if I need to change my reservation? What is your cancellation policy? 

You can change your reservations up to 24 hours before your reservation (up to one week for Private Parties). There are no changes or cancellations within 24 hours.
